A couple of local cottages that I think are so adorable. I just want to walk up to their doors and ask if I can have a tour inside. I just know the insides are as cute as the outsides!

I love this post. All week I have been thinking I needed to take a walk and take photos of houses that make me smile. I am even more inclined to do so and am glad I am not the only one wishing I had an excuse to 'pop by'.
Wonder if you could pull off a 'cottage friends' club in your area. Drop off flyers and invite them for tea at your home...and pray that you get a return invite?
I haven't done it, but I have been oh-so-tempted! And, boy, I think if I lived near those houses~ especially the first one~I would just have to! :) The red bench and screen door are SO sweet, and the scrolly decorative wood pieces on the porch railings are so pretty! :)
Oh man! If I lived near those houses (especially house #1) I would have the police called on me for sure. I would just sit and study the outside everyday!
My mom has an adorable house on a corner, with a beautiful garden. When she is out in front and people ask to see the inside or her back garden she loves it The best compliment! So go for it, and take pics too! :)

I've never asked, but there's a couple of homes in town that are so intriguing!
No I've never asked. I've always to go to some of the old houses I used to live in as a kid and ask if I could go see the place now.
I know things would seem much smaller.
