Pacific Beach

We went camping at the beach for a night. It was a last-second decision, but fun!

Planning the sandcastle.

On the hunt for castle accessories.

Our cottage... Okay, it's not, but one can dream, right?

  2. Those pics made me so homesick! I grew up in the Pacific Northwest (Eugene) and we always took our summer vacations on the Oregon Coast (Florence). Can't tell you how many sand castles I built over the years. Nice to see the next generation discovering such simple pleasures. Thanks for the walk down memory lane.

  3. That looks like the fog we've been having here in California the last few days. I LOVE that cottage! I hope to be taking a vacation to Oregon, Washington and maybe B.C. next summer. I know I'm going to love it up there!

  7. Is this Pacific City? Another beach? God...I love Oregon beaches. Such great shots. It's almost better to me when it's NOT sunny...just overcast and "mysterious". Love finding your blog!!! Could you not eat that cottage with a spoon???? Adorable!!!!

  13. OH I just read that you never got your swap package from last May....That makes me so sad. What was wrong with her? You sent me such an awesome one. I have since only done the swaps on the blogs. For these, you are paired up, so you send and receive from the same person. This makes me angry that you didn't get one.

This cottage on this post is adorable.
